The Hedgepeth-Williams Story [Video]

Here's the penultimate episode of Classroom Close-up's 20th season.

It includes a story about how NJ's public schools were desegregated in 1944 by the New Jersey Supreme Court's decision in the case of Hedgepeth-Williams v. Board of Education, Trenton, NJ. Ten years later, the Hedgepeth-Williams case would be cited as precedent in the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Brown v. Board of Education, Topeka, KS which banned school segregation nationwide.

Here's the latest episode of Classroom Close-up, NJ that aired on April 27 (not May 11 like I said it would in my earlier post). The second segment is the story on Carbon Footprints that we filmed at Samsel Upper Elementary School.
